LEG OF LAMB-MEAT, BAKED IN OVEN

Preparation

Peel 2 kg of young potatoes, wash them up and dry them. Afterwards out them into sheet metal for baking, being greased with olive oil. Put 2 young lamb-meat legs onto them which you have previously pierced with 4 slices of garlic. Add 2 leaves of home mint and 2 leaves of sage to the dish as well as 1 onion with its skin, 2 tomatoes being cut in four pieces, salt it, put pepper to it and pour under it a small amount of water.

Bake it in the oven while turning over the meat and potatoes together with constant pouring of small amounts of water until everything is finished.
