FILLED UP PAPRIKAS

Preparation

At 1 dl of mixed oil, braise 1 onion chopped into big pieces and 4 slices of garlic together with 1 kg of ground meat made of chicken or turkey meat and 10 of chopped smoked meat bacon.

When everything gets a colour, mix it with 20 dag of young goat cheese. Add salt, pepper and fill 1 kg of paprikas, the top of which you have cut off and the inside of which you have cleaned from seed grains, with this stuffing. Put paprikas to the oiled vessel, pour them with 2 dl of vegetable soup stock and bake them on medium temperature in the oven.

When paprikas soften and get thin coat, cover them with 5 dag of semi-dried goat cheese being cut into ribbons, and once again bake it all until the cheese is melted.
