Preparation

U temeljcu skuhati pancetu i suha rebarca ( oko 40 min ), zatim dodati rezanu raštiku.

Kuhati dok se raskuha zatim izvaditi meso, pa izraditi štapnim mikserom. Na maslacu i maslinovom ulju napraviti svijetlu zapršku, sve začiniti. Pri posluživanju dodati prepržene kocke suhog kruha ili pancetu na trakice.

  • 1dl maslinovog ulja
