Udovice
Using today’s terms, we can say that the "Udovice" have been positioned on the market. The guests, numerous people passing-by have given the name to the restaurant by themselves. Although Kata and Ruža did not know it at that time, they actually launched a new brand. In a short period of time, the "Udovice" have become the institution. The menu is expanded, the guests are increasingly dropping in, a story has been broken out with the speed of the most interesting gossip. Today the Kordić Family inherits the tradition of the old ladies – Kata and Ruža who are no longer with us for a while already.
Roasted lamb and grilled dishes have been traditionally prepared for very many years already. The food preparation on beech-wooden coal, the best type and quality of meat that is always fresh gives a special aroma and sensation to the lunch. In addition to the lamb and grilled dishes, there are always also the dishes at the menu which are prepared according to the old recipes of our grandmothers: kale, (B&H) cabbage-and-meat stew, "japrak", greens, leek ...
